No man or woman is an island and it helps to remember you are transacting with REAL PEOPLE. If you forget this you will be slow to achieve and enjoy the lifestyle you want.

I will educate the market on the benefits and the advantages and I’ll give them value for money. I will attempt to communicate the value. I will create my brand so that people know what they are getting.
You can do the same with widgets – you have to stand out. You need to know what you stand for. Think about it this way: why should they buy from you? Until you can solve this problem you are not competitive and what’s worse, you are a commodity and can’t attract your price.

We don’t promote scam artists, we promote people that can make a difference. Why is this important?
If you sell something which doesn’t help solve problems and just promises rewards and/or a financial payoff and it doesn’t work, you lose a customer forever – keep the customer and keep making money over a longer period. If you sell a widget and you promise great things and the widget is junk you will fail.
Which Business Should You Choose?
The right one…is the easy answer. A widget business can be a lifeless experience, but could be profitable. A service business helps you connect more with the people in your market and form relationships. It’s hard to say what is right for you. It depends on many things and especially on your business goals.
When Times Change
In case you don’t know it, the big trends that will cause pain are deflation, debt and demographic change. Each day for the next decade, 10 thousand people will turn 65 in the US. This means slack demand and job losses.
We’ll see more robots taking the jobs that ordinary people do now. Jobs will disappear and there will be pain. We all need to work out where we fit in the scheme of things and the quicker we work it out the better.
You really need to believe and have faith that you have the right widget to sell.
Answer: study the market well and find a problem you can solve, don’t be a slave to MLM, network marketing schemes, or sell rubbish, learn all you can and upgrade your skills. Form more relationships and become performance based if you have a solution to a problem. That means you are paid for results. Business is supposed to offer solutions – which solutions do you offer?
